- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1-2 TBSP coconut oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Trim the ends off and remove any unwanted leaves. Cut brussel sprouts in half. Lengthwise or crosswise or both. It's your world.
Get a pan ready to heat the 2 tsp coconut oil. Once heated, toss the brussel sprouts the pan. Salt and Pepper those bad boys to your liking. Turn and toss the brussel sprouts occasionally to get both sides tender and brown.
While the brussel sprouts are cooking, you can mix the mustard, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl.
Are your brussel sprouts tender and browned? If yes, pour the mixture on top of your brussel sprouts while still in the pan for another minute.
Remove from heat and serve your Maple Dijon Brussel Sprouts in a bowl or on the side of another one of your tasty creations. Enjoy!
