Bacon Egg Cups2016-01-05

- 6 bacon strips
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch off sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 avocado
Grease a muffin tray using oil.
Place bacon strips into individual muffin cup. Try to cover the entire cup with bacon as best you can.
Crack each egg in each of the muffin cup.
Sprinkle the oregano, salt on top.
Bake into the oven for 15 minutes over 350 degrees F.
Cut the avocado into half and slice it into thin strips to serve on the side or on top.
