Paleo Chocolate Chip and Pecan Cookies2015-12-02

- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pecan
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/4 raw honey
Beat your butter with the coconut oil for 10 minutes or until smooth.
Add in the cinnamon, flour, salt, milk and mix using a spoon.
Now that you have your dough, place plastic wrap over your dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out your cookie dough into 1.5 inch thickness. Cut into rounds.
Arrange onto a greased cookie tray. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans on top.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes into 350 degrees F.
