- 1 cup (raw) almonds
- 1 cup (raw) shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup (unsweetened) coconut flakes
- 1 cup (raw) sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Use a food process to chop up your almonds, sunflower seeds, shelled pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes.
Use a medium size bowl to mix the chopped nuts from the processor with the rest of the ingredients.
Remove your mixture from the bowl and spread it out on the on the parchment paper lining your baking sheet.
Check that your oven is at 350 degrees. If it is then place your baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, taking it out after 20 minutes to stir.
Remove your granola from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet, which keeps the clumpy texture.
Once cooled you can enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for a go to snack.
Add your granola to your favorite milk with fresh fruit for a delicious breakfast.
